How do I create a deal on the platform?

To create a deal in the platform, log in to your account and click on the ‘dashboard’ tab in the top navigation bar. On the dashboard page, you will see the ‘active deals’ box. Click on the plus (+) button to add a new deal. Fill out deal information, borrower information, and upload your files. Once this process is complete you can share the deal with your trusted partners.

How do I upload my contacts to the platform?

To upload your contacts to the platform, log into your account and go to the ‘Buyers’ tab in the top navigation bar. On the ‘Buyers’ page, you can add contacts in two simple ways. By clicking ‘add single buyer’, you can manually type in your contacts information including their name, title, company, email, and phone number. In addition, you can upload contact information by importing your contact list. Click ‘upload contacts CSV’ to seamlessly transfer your contact sheet into your account.

How will I know if the Buyer received the deal?

By sharing a deal within the platform, Sellers can track the Buyers activity. Once the deal is shared, the Buyer will receive an email invitation to view the deal in the cloud. Once the Buyer accesses the deal, the seller is able to view all activity by tracking the status updates provided on the application such as when/if the deal was opened, how often it was opened, who opened it, etc. This eliminates unnecessary phone calls/emails for updates. In addition, Sellers and Buyers can communicate directly through the platform via our messaging feature, which is also integrated into the platform.

Are there any limitations or restrictions on the platform that will compromise the deal?

There are no limitations on the platform that will compromise the deal. Deal structures do not have size limits and can be sent to as many people as necessary. There is no risk of the deal being sent into the recipients spam folder. Our platform is 100% secure and built to accommodate all deal needs. It is also 100% paperless and does not require additional moving parts outside of the platform.

Does the Buyer have to subscribe to the platform to view the deal?

The Buyer will not have to subscribe to the platform to view a deal. The Buyer will receive an invitation via email to view a deal by one of their trusted Sellers. Once the Buyer clicks to view they will be lead to a simple overview page that will require them to fill in general information such as name, company, title, contact, etc. Once they fill out the requested information, they are able to navigate the platform and move forward with the deal process.

Can a User function as both a Seller and a Buyer?

Yes! Once a seller has created an account with Syndifi they are able to operate as both a Seller and a Buyer. Once a user is logged into their account as a Seller, there is toggle in the top navigation bar next to their function. Sellers can switch the toggle from Seller to Buyer whenever they need to operate as both a Seller and a Buyer.

Is there a way to be notified of ongoing deal activity?

Yes there is a way to be notified of ongoing deal activity. The platform provides users with a notifications tab that allows users to stay up to date with ongoing deal activity. Notifications will alert users and report all information from start to finish in the deal making process from first active deals to close.

Does that platform provide different deal formats?

No, the platform does not provide different deal formats. Traditionally, Buyers spend a lot of time sifting through deal packages in a wide array of formats. Our platform streamlines this process by creating a highly organized and consistent format that has been standardized by Syndifi. When a Seller plugs in all deal information, Syndifi formats it for them.

Can deals be funded inside of the platform?

No, deals cannot be funded inside of the platform. Traditional process for funding the deal remains outside the platform.

Can Sellers and Buyers communicate on the platform?

Sellers and Buyers can communicate on the platform by using the messaging feature. The messaging feature allows both Sellers and Buyers to communicate with their point of contact directly in the platform. The messaging feature syncs with the the users contacts on the platform.
